Memories Tag

Here's a little "tag" going around...

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.

So Talented!

Probably Boring

I say this because I am posting mundane photos and videos today, with pretty much no text. This is mainly for Brian. He has access to the blog so I'm posting the everyday stuff so that he feels included (as much as you can can when you're thousands of miles away)

Heeeere's Brian!

Here a some pictures that Brian e-mailed to me today. (And if he doesn't want them on the blog, that's just too darn bad! He should know better by now that if he sent stuff I would put it up there)

Getting Ready

Right before Brian goes to the desert he shaves his head. Easier to maintain, cheaper too since someone always has clippers there and he doesn't have to pay the barber. He finds it a lot cooler as well. The down side? He always forgets to put sunscreen on his head and winds up getting burned. The plus side? For me...I get to help!

Need To Update More

Wow...these are some old pictures and videos. I should have posted these ages ago!! These are from when we were in Texas over Mother's Day weekend. I love the little dress that Paisley is wearing. It was a gift from Becky (Lorelei's therapist). It's a good thing that my girls are small babies. It is a six 3-6 months. Becky gave it to us right when she was born so I put it in the back of the closet until it fit. So of course I forgot about it. Mother's Day was her first time wearing it. She was like 5 months old and it was still fairly loose on her. But still so pretty!

The video is of my kids being....well my kids. This is very typical behavior for them. Robert has at least 1/2 dozen little toys that sing and dance when you push the button. (as everyone knows, that is MY dad's most favorite toy :) ) Robert says that they are all there for the "sugar bear" which would be my nephew, Carson. Yeah right. That might be believable is the bulk of the arrive AFTER Carson was born. I recall seeing a good many of them before Carson was in the picture. Now he and Kay just have an excuse to buy more. Tee Hee!!

Shortly after you pass Texarkana you will see an exit for Leary. Just off of that exit is an army surplus store. The guy who owns it also owns this plane. The next time we stop there I will get a better picture. This one was taken driving down the highway.

Speaking of picture taking while you drive down the highway, I saw this and just had to get a picture because it made me giggle.

Here is one of those big ol' big rigs you see everywhere. What a big trailer it has! Yet what is it hauling? I couldn't quite make out exactly what it is, but I do know that it wasn't very impressive.
